Gibson's shop & Bell's Stores, Chapeltown, c1900
This is the same building as E/016/e/S but 40 years later. The left-hand part of the block is still Gibson’s druggist’s and post office (with two postmen standing outside), the right-hand part of the block has changed hands. This is now Bell’s Stores, the owners of which announce themselves as ‘THE GREAT TEA MEN’ and ‘THE MODERN CASH GROCERS’.
