Windows of Hope and Thanks during the Corna-Virus Pandemic
From the start of lockdown due to the Corona-Virus pandemic, children began to start paining rainbows and putting them up in their windows as a treasure hunt for other Children on their daily walk. During lockdown people were only allowed out to do their food shopping, go to the chemist or Drs, and then once a day as a family household for a walk. This made those walks so much more fun for little ones looking for the rainbows. The rainbow then took on a symbol of thanks throughout the campaign for key workers, such as NHS staff, bin men, police services, care workers etc who kept us all safe and well in the most challenging of times.
