The wedding of Lee Chambers and Hilda Lodge, September 1937. Lee Chambers of High Green ran the family retail business with his mother, Trixie and met Hilda when she was teaching at Lound Senior Girls’ School. Hilda came from Huddersfield and obtained a degree at Sheffield University in 1928. She taught History and Maths.
