Is the horse-drawn cart delivering milk? Behind it can be seen a steam roller repairing the road. At the time of this photograph Elizabeth Campsall was the licencee. (She is listed in the Trade Directory of 1902), taking over from her husband, William Henry and followed by their son, John Tom Campsall, by 1911. Do you know anything about the shop below the pub?
