Mortomley Hill Bootmakers shop c1900
This shop was next door to Alfred Bostwick, stationers & newsagents (& also postcard producer). The window display shows boots ranging in price from 1/11 (10p) to 6/11 (35p). It is obviously the Christmas/New year season, with decorations and posters wishing customers a "hearty welcome" and Happy New Year.
