Grenoside Sword Dancers
This team took part in the New Year Festival at the Royal Albert Hall on the 8th January 1938. The captain, Harry Housley, is holding the famous 'Lock'. Two other members of the team were Harrington Housley and Cyril Dransfield. The music played on the flutina, was provided by George Cavill.
