Aerial view of Housley Park, Greenhead and Loundside in 1944. At the bottom of the photograph is Housley Lane with Housley Grange and Housley Hall clearly visible. At this time Housley Hall had substantial outbuildings and barns (left), a pond and magnificent horse chestnut tree. Towards the top of the photograph are St John’s Church (centre), Lound Primary School and Mount Pleasant Chapel.
