Easter Tree during the Coronavirus
Taken during Easter on the path around Westwood reservoir. An unseen person or persons had hung baked Easter decorations on a tree. This was a lovely thing to see when we were under lock-down, feeling isolated and unable to celebrate Easter in the usual way. Our church, High Green Methodist, has been closed since late March, and remains closed today. Weekly church services are available via the Zoom app on the computer and worship resources are sent out by email. However, we very much miss seeing our church family, and rely on the phone for personal contact. Words by Judith Dixon.
