Picture of 60 Burncross Road taken around 1923. Standing in the doorway are Vera Heaton (left) and Martha Heaton (née Kirkham). Isaac Heaton operated from here as a joiner, builder, cabinet-maker and undertaker. The shop was owned at this time by M. Taylor and operated as a grocery shop. Isaac Heaton altered the window shown here into a bay window.
